DISAPPOINTED

Hi! I appreciate your "Client oriented state of mind" and Thanks for this inquiry I take this opportunity to advise you that the puros I received although having a very correct look outside and a "medium to strong" acceptable taste, actually are a pity for the smoking itself : the inside is "made of wood" thus you cannot inhale any smoke and the cigar is constantly burnt off (!) At today I tried only 3 pieces with the same result. I cannot ensure the 25 are so defective : I'll know that within a few months because honestly I prefer to alternate with other vitoles I have (otherwise I could lose any "cigar passion" with such a "duty" every evening !) Have to admit: highly disappointed :-( Kindly Yours, Christian
