EGM Escudos strikes a perfect harmony between flavour and strength. Possibly one of the most appreciated cigars of the line, its format has proven to be incredibly palatable across the world.

Embracing the form of the Laguito No. 5 vitola, EGM Escudos measures 144mm by a 54 ring gauge, arguably one of the best formats ever created. It is a cigar best enjoyed in the quiet camaraderie of friends, as night unfolds.  

Its wrapper, binder and filler leaves come from the most prestigious plantations in the Cibao Valley, a region in the Dominican Republic known the world over for its exquisite tobacco.
 
These beautiful Dominican Puros are crafted entirely by hand, using long filler leaves, in accordance with a centuries-old Cuban tradition.

What a surprise

It starts mellow, creamy and a bit of spice. Like a spice latte or a chai. Then ramps up midpoint with fresher notes, ending with a hint of leather and coffee. Last inches were not as stellar but overall very enjoyable cigar for a summer night.

Sumptuous and flavorful Stick

Tasty, scrumptious tones of light cedar. Light pepper and notes of leather retro-hale. EGM need to consider larger quantities of these Box sizes as these will definitely not last in my Humidor for long. Great amount of smoke on in-hale, perfect burn start to finish and wonderful draw. Thankyou to the Torcedor that produced this cigar. EGM have nailed this specific stick .

Best cigar, best size, best flavor

Starting this cigar, you understand that you’re going to have a great experience! The first 1/3 is ok without surprises but with nice burning and nice poof. The second 2/3 is starting to smell great and the flavors become more intense. Cocoa, chocolate and earth! The end is magnificent because it start to remind you a very good and precious Cuban I recommend this cigar 100%
