Fantastic service! Even at the last moment when I wanted to change my order (literally before it hit the post) EGM Cigars we’re able to put an additional item into the box and I received them a week later. Very fast delivery and even supplied tracking info. Cigars were in excellent condition, a very enjoyable smoke!

I always brought these back from Spain because they are not easily available in The Uk. But since lockdown EGM have made it possible for me to continue to enjoy them. Lockdown caused some delivery problems, but they arrived after four weeks wait. The company was very efficient and tolerant of my enquiries and I will certainly buy from them again.
