EGM Maduro Gift Box
The EGM Maduro Gift Box brings the complete Línea Maduro together in a single presentation: one Rios, one Floridos and one Maximos, seated in a rigid box with the story of the line printed inside the lid.
EGM Maduro marks a new chapter in the EGM story. For the first time, an American-grown Broadleaf wrapper has been added to the EGM blend, moving beyond the tradition of Puros Dominicanos. Maduro, the Spanish word for "ripe" or "mature", refers to the wrapper leaf, whose darker colour and natural sweetness are developed through a longer fermentation process. Dark in appearance and naturally oily, this exceptional American Broadleaf brings a distinctive sweetness, depth and richness to the blend.
Filler and binder leaves are grown in the fertile Cibao Valley, the Dominican Republic's most prestigious tobacco region. Each cigar is crafted entirely by hand — totalmente a mano — in Santo Domingo.
The three vitolas read the same blend at three ring gauges. Rios, 46 ring by 153mm, is the slimmest and most measured of the three: dark chocolate, espresso and clean Dominican earth over a long, unhurried smoke. Floridos, 52 ring by 140mm, is broader and darker, with cocoa and roasted coffee carried by the wrapper's natural sweetness and a soft spice appearing mid-smoke. Maximos, 56 ring by 132mm, is the shortest and thickest, producing more smoke and the fullest, sweetest expression of the blend. Smoked in that order, the box is a complete reading of the Línea Maduro.
